I was looking for the "famous" WW bran muffin recipe - found this: gotta try it!
Banana Chocolate Chip Bran Muffins
1 WW pt per muffin
Servings 12
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 1/2 cup Kellogg's Original All-Bran
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup SPLENDA
1 medium banana
3 egg whites
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:Combine milk, water and vinegar. Mix in all bran. Let sit for 20 minutes. Mix together all dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add 1 mashed banana, 3 egg whites and applesauce to bran mixture. Add dry ingredients to bran mixture and mix with spoon. Fold in chocolate chips. Spritz muffin tins with Pam Bake at 375º for 18 - 20 minutes.

2/3 cup applesauce
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
3 cups All Bran Cereal
1 ½ cup water
Handful of chocolate chips
Bake at 350 for 18 min.
